"I have been so impressed by the Brokentop Garage Door crew and, especially, Brad who promptly came out (the day I called for help), confirmed the issue, gave me options without pressuring me, taught me more than I could have ever imagined about my garage door, potential issues, and future maintenance, and got the part to replace in earlier than expected. And he repaired sooner than expected, too, along with taking care of some little things that needed to be tightened to make sure the door is set for a good long while.
