Brokentop Garage Doors provides professional garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in Central Oregon. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Licensing
We are a licensed Oregon contractor (CCB #209697). We are fully bonded and insured as required by the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Warranty Policy
All repairs and installations include a 1-year labor warranty covering defects in workmanship. Garage door spring labor carries a lifetime warranty — if a spring we installed fails, we will replace it at no labor cost for as long as you own the property. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product and manufacturer. CHI garage doors include a lifetime installation guarantee when installed by Brokentop Garage Doors. Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original customer and property only. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Custom-ordered products (including custom-sized doors, special-order colors, and made-to-order parts) are non-returnable. Products that have been installed are not eligible for return. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned products. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at 541-203-7676 within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery within our service area, which includes Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, Madras, Terrebonne, and Powell Butte, Oregon. Delivery outside our standard service area may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframe provided at the time of order.
Service Guarantees
We strive to respond to all service requests within 2 hours during regular business hours. Response time is measured from the time of initial contact to the time we return your call or message. This is a best-effort commitment and not a contractual guarantee — actual response times may vary based on current service volume and technician availability. Price Match: If you receive a written quote from another licensed Oregon contractor (with a valid CCB number) for the same scope of work using equivalent materials, present it to us and we will match or beat that price. The competing quote must be current (within 30 days), itemized, and from a contractor licensed and insured in the State of Oregon. Price match does not apply to online-only retailers, out-of-state companies, or unlicensed providers.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Product prices do not include installation unless explicitly stated. Installation charges are quoted separately based on the scope of work, site conditions, and materials required. Products listed as "Call for Pricing" require an in-person or virtual consultation for accurate pricing due to the custom nature of the work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Sales tax will be applied where required by Oregon law.
Liability
We are fully insured for property damage and personal injury that may occur during the course of our work. Our liability is limited to the value of the services and products provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer modifications to our work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Outstanding balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Service Area
Our primary service area includes Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, Madras, Terrebonne, and Powell Butte, Oregon. Service outside these areas may be available upon request and may incur additional travel charges.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
