Do you sell garage door parts to DIY customers?
We sell most parts to customers, but high-tension springs and cables require trained technician installation for safety. We're happy to sell remotes, keypads, rollers, weather seals, and other safe-to-install parts. Call 541-203-7676 for availability.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket quality?
We stock both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. For critical components like springs and cables, we recommend OEM or premium aftermarket parts with better warranties and longevity.
Can you install parts I bought elsewhere?
Yes, we can install parts purchased elsewhere, though we cannot warranty parts we didn't supply. Our labor warranty still applies. Note that using non-OEM parts may affect manufacturer warranties on your door or opener.
Do you stock parts for older garage doors?
We stock parts for most doors going back 20+ years. If we don't have it on the truck, we can usually source it within 24-48 hours. For truly obsolete parts, we'll find a compatible modern replacement. Central Oregon has many older homes — we're used to working with vintage doors.
How do I know which remote or keypad I need?
Easiest way: call us with your opener brand and model number (printed on the motor unit). We'll tell you which remote or keypad is compatible. LiftMaster/Chamberlain and Genie use different frequencies, so they're not interchangeable. We can program it for you on-site if needed.
